LEGACYA ministry for men

The program · CBA Orlando

A call to order.

LEGACY was born from a paradox: the founder can assemble complex systems, manage teams, and make decisions under pressure — but cannot sit in silence for ten minutes. He has a five-year vision for the business, and no plan for the marriage, the children, or the soul.

The problem

The disorder that looks like success.

While the founder builds, something else is being destroyed. Not all at once — like erosion. First the intimacy with God. Then the marriage. Then the children. Then the health. The company grows; the inside crumbles.

The problem is not merely too much work. It is disordered government. This book exists to lead a man from the disorder that looks like success to the order that produces legacy.

The word that runs through this entire book is steward. Not owner. Steward.
1 Corinthians 4:2 — “It is required of stewards that each one be found faithful.”

The structure

Six parts, thirty chapters.

The Legacy Method is progressive: each pillar sustains the next. The book can also be read by need — each part works as a unit — and in mentoring, one chapter per week, in a group of men. The book is written in Portuguese; an English edition may follow.

01

The Invisible Collapse

Names the collapse that happens underneath, in silence, while the business grows and the man shrinks — and opens the way back.

02

Christ at the Center

Everything begins from where you govern. From the throne of the heart to the daily altar: Christ as government, not decoration.

03

Family in Order

The family that was left for later, the priesthood of the home, honoring your wife, and intentional fatherhood.

04

Business as an Asset

From company-as-prison to company-as-asset: processes, leadership that multiplies, financial stewardship, and succession.

05

Daily Discipline

The non-negotiable blocks, the steward's day, the Sabbath as a declaration, and grace to begin again.

06

Eternal Legacy

What remains: multiplication, family and business succession, generosity — and the final evaluation.

Inside every chapter

From a real wound to a real decision.

Every chapter follows the same anatomy. This is not a book to be read the way you consume content — it is a book to be practiced.

  1. 1The wound. a real scene, where the reader recognizes himself before being corrected.
  2. 2The name of the problem. the diagnosis stated plainly, without detours.
  3. 3The biblical truth. Scripture as government, not decoration.
  4. 4The practical development. how the problem shows up in the marriage, the children, the company, the body, the money, the calendar.
  5. 5The decision. each chapter leads to a clear decision — not merely an emotion.
  6. 6The tool. a diagnosis, a weekly practice, a prayer, or a declaration.
