Choose one small, specific, verifiable change. Write when you will do it, who it affects, and how you will know it happened. Share the decision with a mature person who can ask about it next week.

Prayer
Lord, show me the truth without crushing me and give me grace to obey. Reorder what is out of place and make my life faithful in private and in public. Amen.
